I was born and raised in Austin and Hugh’s been here since 1976 (the year I was born). Our experience and expertise helps position our clients very well in the Austin market. A great position helps homeowners withstand the inevitable Real Estate market fluctuations.

For Sellers, I perform market research to suggest an accurate determination of market value for my client’s home. My Real Estate experience and council helps clients determine the best time to sell and a fair market price. If someone asks me “When’s the best time to sell our home?,” my knee jerk reaction answer is never, “NOW!” I will give an answer based on market history, statistics and the CLIENT'S best interest NOT mine. As your fiduciary, your best interest is my priority.

Prices are usually on the rise during a seller’s market, stable during a transitional market and dip a little during a buyer’s market. Don't forget about pending transactions within the area as well.

Be aware, Real Estate is grossly competitive and some agents implore sales techniques. It's sometimes subject matter in pre-licensee classes. To me, it seems like a contradiction to subscribe to sales techniques as one's fiduciary.
