Westlake and West Austin

Awesome schools, incredible rolling hills, amazing views (for some) and shade trees everywhere. Westlake and West Austin seem to be the goal for many people including myself. Westlake has much to offer including location close to the city. Although Westlake comes with a bit of a price tag, from a price per square foot perspective, it's as affordable as Crestview or Rosedale but usually with a larger lot and wider streets and less neighborhood traffic. West Austin is where you begin to see the limestone in the soil which adds to that Hill Country feel.
